Miura Property Services is open for business!

To ensure our high safety and health standards, we will continue to perform services using all safety standards put in place by the Ministry of Health.

The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. It has guided our decision-making throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to do so. As the current situation evolves, we will continue to amend and adjust accordingly.

Changes to ensure health and safety of our customers and staff

  • Virtual check ins daily with crew that will be working on site to review safety guidelines

  • On site staff will check in via text or phone twice per day when working independently as per WorkSafe BC guidelines

  • Sanitation of vehicles

  • Vehicles outfitted with plexiglass to separate driver and passenger

  • Vehicles without plexiglass barrier will only have a driver, never a passenger

  • Vehicle interiors sanitized daily with 99% isopropyl alcohol

  • All staff will work at 2 meter distances

  • If there needs to be more than one staff member on site at one time they will be a minimum of 2 meters apart

  • Staff will be provided with masks and nitrile gloves (used as needed)

  • Staff will wear high vis uniform to indicate physical distancing

We ask that owners refrain from communicating directly with on site staff and instead please contact the office at info@miurapropertyservices.com for both their safety and the safety of owners safety.
